Primary 6 loved Children in Need day 😃

For their World Around Us topic, P6 have been learning all about The Famine and how famine exists in the world today. During ICT the children played Freerice and donated rice to families in need by answering multiple choice questions! 😃

P6 have been learning all about the artist Wassily Kandinsky! They have studied his paintings, created a fact file on him and painted and coloured their own interpretations of his artwork! 🎨

On their first week back to school, P6 completed lots of different “All about me” activities so Miss Larkin could get to know them 😁 The children made compliment cards, signed each others and used these compliments to help them design their jar of strengths 😌

P6 had lots of fun playing outdoors for P.E this week! They played team building warm up exercises alongside “land, sea, air” and “catch, dont catch” 😃
