P2 had loads of fun during Numeracy week, they spotted numbers on the daily mile, played guess the teacher, did loads of fun maths games during play and worked hard at the weeks maths activities.
P2 love to learn in fun ways. They have been practicing their adding using numicon, looking at 2D and 3D shapes as well as using shapes to create shape pictures and table top activities to create patterns.
P2 have been learning all about 2D and some 3D shapes. They have been sorting them, making images with shapes and spotting them around the classroom.
P2 are learning how to add and subtract as they use their number lines to jump forward and back.
