We have been learning about Minibeasts. We had fun hiding some Minibeasts in the sand!
We had a special visit from Genevieve the Goat. We learnt all about keeping healthy.
P1 loved learning about the farm and animals through play. Don't they look happy!
P1 have been learning about growth. They planted their own cress seeds. They can't wait to see them grow!
P1 enjoyed learning the names of these spring flowers. They had fun in groups deciding which flower was their favourite. They created a mapping diagram to show the results.
Our new topic is People who help us. We are having great fun in our class Fire Station.
P1 enjoyed their first visit to the Tesco store on the Lisburn road. They had fun tasting some fruit and vegetables.
They even got to stand in a giant fridge and freezer!
Everyone made an Autumn sticker.

P1 have been learning about colours. They mixed the primary colours red,blue and yellow. They enjoyed seeing the secondary colours green, orange and purple appear. They used these colours to print some Autumn leaves.
P1 have been looking for signs of Autumn on their daily mile. Look at the lovely coloured leaves!
