Mental Health Awareness Week at our school is an important time to focus on the well-being of our pupils, staff, and community. During this week, we engage in activities, discussions, and lessons that help promote mental health, build resilience, and encourage open conversations about feelings and emotions. We believe in creating a supportive environment where everyone feels heard, understood, and valued. Our goal is to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and empower our pupils with the tools they need to take care of their mental health. Together, we can create a caring, mindful school community.
