Roots of Empathy
At our school, we’re proud to offer the Roots of Empathy programme – and it’s always a highlight of the year! The star of the show is a baby (yes, a real baby!) who visits the classroom with their parent. Together with a specially trained instructor, pupils watch the baby grow and learn, helping them explore big ideas like feelings, kindness, and understanding others. It’s a beautiful way for children to learn empathy, build stronger friendships, and create a caring classroom community.
