We were delighted to receive the award for Highly Commended Best Primary School in Northern Ireland. It was lovely to receive this recognition for a staff team that show passion and empathy for the pupils every single day. The staff work tirelessly with true dedication. We are over the moon to achieve this award for Blythefield. A huge thank you for your continued support and of course to our pupils who are always at the centre of everything we do!!

Mrs Roulston was the recipient of a Blackboard Award for Principal of the Year. She was delighted and overwhelmed to be honoured for this award doing a job that she loves. The award was presented by sponsor Katherine Morrow, Regional Manager of Danske Bank and host Aidan Brown from UTV.

We were delighted to receive an Aisling Award for Outstanding Achievement in Education for our Shared Education Project.
Well done to Mrs Jones for all her hard work in facilitating this project. Also, a huge well done to our partner school Good Shepherd and all the pupils from both schools who made this project a huge success!
STEM EHTHUSE
Congratulations to Mrs Jones who was a finalist at the STEM Enthuse awards. These awards recognise excellence in STEM Primary Teaching.
Mrs Roulston accepted the award for Mighty Women in Primary Education. Mrs Roulston was humbled to be recognised for this honour. Pete Snodden from Cool FM presented the award.
Miss Patton was invited to the prestigious BLACKBOARD TEACHING AWARDS in Stormont. Miss Patton was nominated by Brendan and Paula Monaghan from Neueda IT company to receive a teacher of distinction award. Hundreds of nominations are made and only 40 are awarded. Not only was Miss Patton honoured as one of the top 30 teachers of distinction in NI but she won the highly acclaimed overall top primary teaching tech award. A massive congratulations on this award and Blythefield couldn't be any prouder.
A special assembly for a special lady. Our Mrs Kitchen retired from Blythefield after 41 years of service. We will all miss her!
